switching providers v60c

I just bought a Motorola v60c phone on ebay because my old phone is semi broken. The phone was used on the Quest network, now I need to use it on the Verizon network. I tried using the subsidy code of 000000 to get into the info, but it didn't work.

I am confused about the software available for this phone. Can I use any of it to find out the subsidy code? Or can I just reprogram the whole phone so it thinks its new, or for the Verizon network?
