Software/unlocking box

I am about starting this service in My country.i.e Unlocking of phones for the following Phones:

Samsung, Nokia, Ericsson, Siemens and Motorola.

Which one is better in unlocking/flashing each of this phone? Is it software to install on the system or unlocking box.

I am really very new in this buz but I have a lot of interest.

Please I need a very detail advise.
