Help Me Please

Can anybody help me. I've somehow whilst trying to delete the remains of downloaded apps. Deleted something important and keep getting system error messages on my 7650 is there any to get the origanal files back on the phone?

Make sure your battery is fully charged, and the charger is still plugged into the phone.

Type in:

*#7370#

it will ask for your lock code (detault is 12345)

Your phone will be totally reset. you will need to have anything you want to keep backed up as it will be erased (contacts etc)

yeap... resetting your phone seems to be the only way about this problem since you do not even know what you have deleted.
