mygnokii2 ?

Does anybody know how to install and use MYNOKII2,
If so could you please help me or direct me to a suitable link .

Just run it as a dos application - ie open dos shell
and type its exe like mygnokii and itll give you a list of commands to use
its a VERY VERY useful application and fast aswell!

I got it working, but in the nokia test it tells me that the MCU EEPROM is not o.k .
Does this mean that I can -:

1.throw my 8210 out the window ?

2.try and find a nokia technition ?

3.or a possible program fault (maybe its looking for an external eeprom) ?

hello silkmilk...mind to teach how to use mygnokii2 ...coz i wan to get composer ringtone from my nk8210 and nk8250 in *rttl format? everytime i wan to get or set the ringtone no weather in *.bin or *.rttl ..it will say phone entry is empty or cannot open file...!!! do u know why ? mind to teach me ? or can u send me the mygnokii2 that u use that can function perfectly? my email is [email protected] thanks u !!

mygnokii has a windows version why don't you use it instead, it is easier to use than dos.

i was working on mygnokii and i really do not kno how to use it,so here i hope any GSM FREIND would share he knowlege here,

The dos version - put in ya c:\

then goto dos prompt

c:\

then type

c:\nok /? <enter>

and you'll get all the ways to use it

a VERY handy little program - that works fine in xp,2000,nt4! :) yay!

I use the GUI version of Gnokki...

for 6210/7110

set the com port settings in the settings, then save and close the program, re-open it to get it to connect, go to ringtone and then click the get from phone button then it opens the list in the eeprom and then a message box saying binary and then a save dialogue

for 3310/3330

set the com port settings in the settings, then save and close the program, re-open it to get it to connect, go to ringtone and then click the get from phone button then it opens the list in the eeprom and then a message box saying RTTL and then a save dialogue
