Please Help unlock 3510i

Can you please help, have tried to unlock 3510i with codes from DCT4NCK, but keep getting error codes. Have also tried JIC DCT4 Unlocker, but it keeps turning the phone off and have to release cable to turn back on again. Have tested cable and it will work to upload games etc. Could anyone point me in the right direction or has anyone had this problem and resolved it?

the dct4nck program generates v1 codes. 3510i will accept only v2 codes.

to make your codes v2 you can either
decrease the second digit of each code by 1
or
add 33820 in the command line after the network code.

Thanks for replying so quickly. Have tried what you suggested but sorry still no luck, it now comes up with screen message "Cannot undo restriction". Any other suggestions greatly appreciated (appart from throw it).

"cannot undo restriction" means you entered 5 wrong codes and the phone is now completely locked.

to unlock it now you'll have to use a cable.
