6310i - Remote problem?

Hi,

I have sent a code for this phone, but a response from the owner, which he states " the codes do not work" when I sent him a remote code for this phone.

It is a 6310i - UEM 2 - 23410(O2 UK) - IMEI 350984201803666

He has tried 1 and 7 (allegedly) and reckons it does not work.
I have told him to remove the sim card and to check its locked to O2, Anyone else have this trouble on 6310i's?

Also do you think it will be worth trying on UEM 5?
I have read somewhere this is possible.

Hi,

I re-calculated the codes and v1 brings your result, v2 is different (only the second digit)... I think the owner should try v2 codes...
