Nokia 3650 can't unlock! Help

I went into the DCT4 free unlocking and got 7 codes but when I tried them it gave me code error.

1. What do you need to enter? #pw+203025326132320+1#
Do you need to enter the + sign also?

2. Do you have to take out the simcard or leave it in the phone?

3. Can AT&T, network 31038 be unlocked?

4. Which codes whould I tried? (I've done the 1st one and the 7th one)

5. What does it say when the phone gets unlocked? (restriction off???)

1) Find the serial number of the phone by pressing *#06# on the keypad
2) Find the MCC+MNC code by looking at the MCC+MNC list
3) Call the program from a command prompt (COMMAND):
DCT4Calc Type IMEI MCC+MNC

If the phone is a 7650 or 3650, then type is 5, all other phones type is 2.
4) Enter the first code into the phone, if it does not work, enter the last one. The P and W are obtained by pressing * multiple times.
5) The phone will say now "Phone restrictions off" and is fully unlocked.
