U can unlock it using my software or more expansive software like DiV or TotalTool...

My software work throw standart T28 cable and computer P-I 166MHz or better... :)

Ok, but I looking for some free solution, for unlock my phone, soft or unlockers is to exspensiv for me.

U can use one of unlock servers (it cost $5-10 for one phone)
Try to search for remote unlock...
