the best pda

i am a user of n7650
7650 is good but withot mmc slot and doesnt support touch screen
6100 is good but doesnt support touch screen

I want to ask questions, what is the best pda now.
( intregated with gsm/gprs & digital camera )
I know that xda 02 have thet function. what about sgh i700?
