I see references to dtc-3 and dtc-4 phones. What is an 8860 TDMA phone. The sw screen says its a NSW-6.

Can ANYONE help me get access to this phone? I have tried every program I can locate and none seem to access it. I am using a serial cable. I need to change the esn (imei) on several of them. Somehow they all got set to some invalid esn.

HELP PLEASE!

its a cdma. it's a digital (like gsm) phone but has no sim but can receive sms. i think it can only be reprogramed with your local serice provider and i think it needs a software other that the ones used for gsm models to change the imei

@brewbob -- I think you know now....

The 8860 is a DCT-3 TDMA phone NOT CDMA. It does not use a IMEI but a ESN.
To read any information the straight GSM progz will NOT work.
