where da **** has my space gone???

My mmc is showing 15MB used and when i go into details...it just adds up to maybe 4MB or so. Wher is da rest 11MB gone??? I dont have many app's but i installed n then un-installed alot of shit in da past....so can it be leftover filz eating up all da space? but then again 11MB is alot i think??? Is any1 else facing da same prob..... :confused: :confused: :eek:

I thinks its a case of the old format function. Make sure u backup all your data first tho.

Well , there is a solution for that without formating, but only if you have a card reader , put the card in the reader and check out it's contents , maybe there are some files the you simply don't need , or some that are not recognised by the phone , so they are taking up space and you can't acess them , or you have a realy bad luck and you mmc has bad sectors :(

I doubt i have a bad card cuz i went in da z drive wid explorer n it shows all da space is ther....but used. Apps folder is showing 5mb used....but wonder wots eating up all da space...dont really have so many apps. im thinking of getting rid of some proggie's anyways....like camcorder and real player which came wid da fone.....i got eti cam and pvplayer n those seem to be doin da job pretty well...if not better. Woddaya say?

when u go into apps manager and go to details, wat is the free space u have for ur mmc?? i think the details showed that fail to show the space taken up by the programs. thats y when u add up all the mem used, it is much less then expected. but the free space listed there is acurate. i think :D
