There is no "windows" calculators that I know of.
There are windows shell for dos based calculators..

They both have the same results, usually. The differences you might be seeing is the difference between V1 or V2 dongles, a +1 on the second digit.

It's still not a windows program, it's a shell for dct4.exe (a dos program)
You get the same result using dct4.exe under dos with a command line.

There is a checkbox: calculate v2 codes!

Should I enable the checkbox generating a code or disable it?

Should I use code 1 or code 7 first?

it's not because an installer creates a dir for a dos program and it's windows shell (c:\dct4\ in this case, the dct4.exe and the shell is there), that it makes it a windows program.

And yea, not worth discussing it any further,

Cheers :)

Hi,

I didn't find a checkbox in the software i provided... u can just choose v1 dongle, v2 dongle and griffin box codes... i always use v2 donlge codes, it's the newest algo and worked everytime with austrian mobiles...

and use code 1 for austrian mobiles... i unlocked about 50 mobiles from all 4 providers and all were locked with code 1...

regards Sotty :)

@ smok551: thx for the explanation, :)

Watch out for my Software that will not require DCT4Calc.exe or any similar console application.

It will include program UI in German, English and Chinese.
See the thread on Nokiafree.org

Here is the preview screenshot.
The software is not out yet, so you must use the inferior Hollowman software :-)
