t mobile 3650

hi i really want to get a 3650 and i saw a couple on ebay but in the title it says t-mobile nokia 3650 or similar. they said it was unlocked but does it still have the same nokia software etc and is there anything different? will it work in australia?

I got a t-mobile 3650 and it came pre-unlocked so I chucked my virgin sim in and it worked fine
