I tried your seventh code inserting directly

with the sim card out, I got a code error, I also tried to create my own codes which work out completely different from yours. The ones I generated are version two for type 5 phone using DCT4 unlocker from the website

Just checked your codes these are for type 2 phones, my phones is a 3650 which is a type 5 phone.
