6310 i problem

my problem is this :
i own a nokia 6310 i and when i put my sim card inside and turn it on ,displays this message "telefon eingeschrankt". what is the problem with this ? how it can be solved? thanks anyway

does it ask for a code after the message? if so, the phone is locked to your provider and you can't use another providers' sim cards.

post your IMEI, Model, and Network code (of the provider that locked the phone) and someone will give you codes to unlock it :)

thanks for the reply but i dont know the network code. only the imei of the phone .Is it possible to help with it?
