Nokia 3650 not booting!!

I installed 3d MotoRacer S60 version.Then the phone frozen.Dont power off! Battery put off and put it back!
My 3650 not booting. The start screen nokia logo in screen, after stop and freezing. Dont power off! Battery put off and put it back!

How to repair the phone?

While booting the phone press the Pencil button , maybe your phone can boot in safe mode , after this remove the game and reboot it , if still after this it reamains the same , boot again in safe mode , and format your phone by tiping *#7370#

may be also a code to find out what symbion OS version is installed ??
