now what is the software that will let me put ring tones and stuff with this cable...

Get either MobiMB or oxygen phone manager, mobiMB is the best because of the simplicity

Like the others have said, MobiMB, Oxygen Phone Manager, and Logomanager are all great for Nokia Phones. Ofcourse there are others around for simple things like flashing sms, and stuff like that. Just ask google nicely and she'll tell you :)
