How to read a log from your phone:
1 - Download the logger and unzip it by clicking with right button of your mouse and choosing: "Extract to..."
2 - Open Logger and click on "Logger" section.
3 - Select the correct model of your phone
4 - Click on Read Phone. When the message "Scanning..." appears on left corner of software, push once (just one click) the Power Button of the phone (like if you're turning on, but just one click. The phone still turned off)
5 - It will appear a message "Reading...", and then a new window will appears too.
6 - In this window, you have to insert the correct IMEI of the phone in "Desired IMEI" field (unpluged the battery and copy the IMEI from left to right. There are no space for the last digit of IMEI, but is OK).
7 - Click on "OK" and Save the LOG
8 - Send the log to me (
[email protected])
When i receveid the log, i will generate a Map file for you.
How to write a Map file in your phone:
1 - Open Logger (the same software that you used to read a log)
2 - Click on "Write IMEI" section
3 - Select the correct Model of your phone
4 - Click on "Open Map" and select the file that i will sent to you
5 - Click on Write IMEI
6 - It will appear again the message "Scanning...", just click once in your phone Power Button and the software start's writing the Map in the phone
7 - After writing IMEI, you should take off the battery of the phone and put it back again
8 - VOILÁ! Your phone is OK now!
