T68i Water damaged charges only

My T68i was dropped in water. I cleaned it with meths and dryed it with a hair dryer. Put it back together and it didnt turn on. Assumed battery was dead, went to charge it, phone came on fine and charged the battery only. After charging had finished the phone still didnt turn on. I tried another battery but it still didnt work. Any ideas?

using a hair dryer is VERY stupid chances are hight you burned one or more chips..
for waterdamage..
you must use SonicCleaner or if you do not have it.. use alcohol bath leave it for 2 days or so then use toothbrush to clean.
