If someone can please help me I have the 3650 phone.
When I turn my phone on it says App. Closed Startup! I have the option to press OK and I do, but now I can't get into the menu. Is there a reprogramming code to restart the phone so that I would not have this problem? Or is there another way to go about this? I think when I was able to go into the menu, I believe that I might have messed around with the Applications menu. I'm not sure what I did, please help. Thanks
