How come there is no dictionary for series 60 phones?

I browsed around and found out there is one for P800 but how come its been a long time that these phones are out yet no one has developed a dictionary for 7650/3650? The english to english dictionary and not translation from a certain language to english

Can't remember where I've seen them in the past, but therer are dictionaries, is just that they are MAAASSIVE
