Hi All,
I have just received back my Nokia 7210 mobile phone from the Carphone Warehouse. I was extremely careless and dropped it smashing (In my eyes) the LCD screen. So as you can imagine I was quite upset and decided to get it fixed.
I handed it in, supplying the battery etc confirming that it was unlocked to any network and that I was currently on Orange. They decided that it was too beat-up to mend, so they sent it back to the supplyer (Nokia). So I got a phone call the other day, after about 3 months, saying that it was ready to pick up, so I was straight off down the shop. I picked it up, charged it, put my sim card in, and then I get an error message which states "Phone Restricted". So I rang up the Carphone warehouse to ask what the code to unlock it and they had no clue, and told me to take it back to the closest shop for it to be sent back to the supplyer again! :(
I would really be so grateful if someone could help me out here please!
I would think that the phone could currently be on Nokia, as it was sent back to the supplyer. But I don't know.
I would like the phone to be on Orange.
