silent mode problem

Hi m8s,
I have the following problem, please help:

when I'm switching to a silent mode my 3650, and when I receive a message, the vibration doesn't stop and I must switch the phone off or to remove the battery. That really annoys me !!! How can I solve it ?!?

wats ur msg tone in silent mode? perhaps changing it might work?

i have the same problem on my 3650 .
you must upgrade your phone version ( i think you have 2.41 now! )
and also you can type *#7370# and re-install your all phone apps ... try them

omeronsun - be carefull what you advise, cuz sometimes 7370 it is not the most suitable solution !!!

Tryed selecting NO MESSAGE tone?

Yes, all the time the message tone is - off. And still when I'm receiving messages - vibration doesn't stop !!! any other suggestions ?

Try taking it to a NOKIA SERVICE POINT / CARE CENTRE.
They should know how to deal with this problem.

have u tried to soft reset ur phone??? go to ur settings menu and look for the restore to original settings.... its different from 7370...

Yes, I know that but I'm abroad and I can't afford such risk cuz my PC and all my backup is not with me. Thanks again !!!
