Help 3650 Phone Restricted (IMei : "???????"

I just flash working 3650 into the latest firmware in market with my griffin gold and I got Phone restricted with Imei "????????????", Any solution to repair Imei for 3650??

I just dont understand why my griffin gold box can cause this matter, I guess so dengerous to flash 3650 and also 7650 with griffin box

i had flashed many 7650 and 3650 with griffin and nothing happend.

who knows maybe u had bad luck
