cable or clip ???

Hi can some one help with this one I have a nokia 7650 that I broth in uk but here in Malta don't work with the two operators that we have here it only works with one of them I also broth a clip this little blue box said that it open all locks but no this one in particular doesn't so I need to open my mobile what can I buy a cable or other clip and if a cable there are a software for the 7650 ?, and can some one recommend a clip that works for reel?

Heres a software that is supposed to unlock the 7650.
I havnt tried it so cannot vouch for it.

You will need the deskey drivers installed on your system before you can run the software.
