7210 keeps getting off help?

My 7210 goes always off i dont know whats the porblem is
can you please help or give an advise.

If it wasn' t "under" water, or didn't fell on the ground , Try to reflash it with new firmware

I had this problem when o2 decided to do network upgrades - when they completed it my phone would decide to lose network and switch itself off. Got my 7210 upgraded to v4.74 and I havent had a problem since.
