Hello,

I was google'ing around and have to confess that i didnt find any answer for my question :-(

I want to use the 3510i to connect my notebook to the internet.

There are several datacables (eg
http://www.service4handys.de/shop/ArticlePage1.html?cat=WG07&art=A000006
or
http://www.gsmsupply.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=42&osCsid=c1d3308a47011ab2eb28b347b56fe8bc
)
which (imho) are the same.

Is there any way to connect the laptop (3510i attached to the
serial port thru one of these cables) to the internet? Do i need special software(OS: win xp)?

Whereas connect means: dial the number of my isp and so on...

Some sites say, its possible, but i can't imagine how since the 3510i lacks modem.

The other possibility would be a special cable which connects the 3510i to the laptops modem(but i havent found this type of cable) and let the modem dial out using the 3510i.

anyways, any help or hint would be great!

greetings
Stan

anyway, i think 3510i does have a modem built in to it...otherwise, why would people take trouble connecting their 3510i to PC to connect to internet with better speed than 56K in the first place!!!???
