S300 after keying unlock codes! "screen blank" & after 2 hours phone DEAD!

hi!
Can anyone help me? i tried to unlock some S300 keying in unlock codes
*2767*63342#
* 3855#
* 2878#
*927#
*7822573738#
and after keying them! the phone worked fine for 10 mins and then the phone reset once! after that i tried to remove battery and put it on! alas,the phone powers, but its just got a blank screen and nothing displays!!!then after 2 hours the phone is completely dead!
please help!

ur phone will be rest by it selfs..when you make rest during codes its show probelms ..its must rest it selfs when u trying codes..now your phone is Dead ... you must need to flash it .

Hi, i even tried to flash it but it gives an error" error_protocol" i have no idea what this error means? can u explaing why this error? & is it possible to flash the phone in win98 OS?

check ur cable and also its need fully charge battry..

and for ur setisfication us xp os also ..and inform us here ..
