r600 charge problems

hi, i have one r600 that works perfect, but when i want to charge, the screen and lights begins to flashing, but not charge
any idea?, thanks

Sounds mad have u tried leaving it on charge for a long period.

Also has it been near water?

no water, today, in the morning, i switch the charger and begins to charge without problems, but after a moment i switch off the charger, then i switch on again, and imposible, flashing again
