animated gif help?

Hey ppl,
i'm jast after some help on how to get animated gifs working? I have downloaded a few from various sites but havnt had any luck with getting them to work.

Install Eprofiles on your phone so u can set a gif as Background!
Install Screensaver on your phone so u can use a gif as screen saver.
Install Aniviewer to just view them.
