[myX-3] [simlock] How this logger works?

I have my myX-3 locked by an error during prom restore.
Before make changes, i have play with logger of fonefunshop.
I have read field 191 and 252, put it in logger.
This little soft has generated a file log.
Searching in my harddisk, i have found this log....there aren't my fields clear :)

Now, i have tried to restore my dead phone using my backup but not lucky.
I have made a backup of another phone like mine but....I think it doesn't help me (anyone can say something about that?)

Finally, i think:
1) if during prom restore i haven't changed these fields, because read and write protected, probably they stay there and are unchanged
2) Is possible to extract fields from my log?
3) is it possible to unlock my phone using these fields, from server? (remember that i have sim locked with or without sim by an error during prom restore)
