i need help with my 3650. I can't go into my menu. When i start my phone a warning pops up and it says App. closed starup! I than press OK but when i try to go into the menu it won'y let me. Please help....Thanks

Try HARD RESSETING your phone type *#7370#

Note that all data will be erased and your phone will be just as u just bought it.
And make sure the battery is full!!!!

Same thing happened to me. After calling nokia their solution was to return the phone:rolleyes:. However that was not an acceptable option. So I tried the hard reset and it fixed the issue. You will lose everything in the phone memory but its worth it

Yeah i know, i'm down at 12 Hard Resets now!
But everytime i do a HARD RESET i have a brand new phone again so i don't mind and offcourse all my Contacs are backuped on my PC.
And it's healthyer for your phone to do a HR once a while, not that i care (insurance).

I've said my phone got stolen last week and got a brand new one!

How's that!
My friend has a free 7650 now!

in order to do that mentioned total phone reset, a lock code is asked. How can I know this number? I didn't put any on the telephone security options?

Any idea?

Default lock code is 12345

after I entered the hard reset code *#7370# and the security code, the Nokia sign comes up and then followed by a white screen. I tried waiting for 2 hours but nothing seem to change, so I took out the battery and reboot the phone...the msg "app. closed startup" showed again :( anyone know why?

dude...did u try rebooting da fone in safe mode b4 hard reset?

And dont remove da battery when da fone is switched on ther r chances u may damage ur flash component.

Try booting in safe mode n if thas doesnt work....take ur fone to NSC if its under warranty. If not, then format after booting in safe mode.
