Is it possible to build a datacable for Nokia 3330 (is there a schematic for that)

yes very simple to build a mbus cable all you will need is a connector for the phone.
if you want to make a dirt cheap one get an old big pencil erasor and cut it to size then pass some sewing pins through it so the heads of the pins will make contact with the board (not the sharp end!!!!!) then solder the other ends to the wire

Yes...but I still need a shematic to see which pins from PC must be connected to phone

It's for 3320 and 3310... is this the same schematic for 3330?

its just the same phone like 3310... :confused:

OF COURSE ITS THE SAME!
its the same peripheal (dont know the correct spelling)
and its the same data and all that...
