7110 problem

I have a 7110 wghich has many problems... First when im switch it on the phone starting normaly, but after the startup logo, the display will gone, and asking to set the ring time... Its unable to set the time because the phone will freeze this part of the boot.... I checked the "little" battery witch is in the phone. It has ~2,4V. Is it the right voltage for it?

If the problem is not with the battery than what? I treid to flash a never version, but no succes...

Any tips? :(

Now its unable to make it working when i insert a simcard...
The display shows me nothing only the light working, and a little bip. After 5 sec the light gone and 2 sec it will light again...
Without simcard working fully...:eek:

Icleaned the pohne fully, and reflashed it, but no succes...

Plz help me...:( :(
