motorola c350 no menu

hi ppl i have a motorola c350 on t-mobile. the problem is the menu button does not work. if i press it i get no menus but the key works, cos if i press it the lights come on. if i keep my finger on it it says "mymenus not allowed for this item"
any ideas on howto make my menus re-appear?

You've to load the last flash in the mobile, it's a software fail.
