what is required to change a Nokia 6610 IMEI code. specific cable and program descriptions would be great!

you need to replace the UEM chip inside the phone with a new one.

then program it with IMEI Rebuilder software.

how do i get the chip and what software is it. the name would be handy.

I don't know much about this but basically the UEM needs to be replaced and a blank UEM put it, then you use this specialised software.. Trisha IMEI rebuilder is the name of one for doing this..
