a freind let me have it, he lost it then found it after he had informed orange that is.

you need to unlock the fone, but you wont be able to use it on orange anymore
if you've already done this then ignore this message but if not you'll need to post your imei and hope some nice person posts your unlock code

If the 6310i is barred on Orange it will be barred on all networks

a very fine soldering technique is required to do this, you might as well get a new phone, if you contact orange, and give them your details they will remove your imei from the blacklist as long as the original owner says so, if the original owner got a new phone through insurance they wont say out, so its worth a try

The best way is to contact original provider. You're lucky that you're not in my country as all phone on black list are taken by police ones they sing in to network. You can sell it to somone in other country and it should work, as only choice if you want to do it your self is to change IMEI which is quite expensive and it may be ilegal in your country.
