where can i get a data cable from? can anybody do it for me,say a mobilephone repair shop. i went to the only mobile repair shop in town (Auckland,New Zealand) and they sed they could not unlock the phone,only the network could.What is read when my phone is plugged into a data cable?

you can get datacable e.g. on ebay.

with bwinlock you can read out fail attempts counter and configuration key for calculation codes

officially only the network can unlock, thats the reason for locks at all, but we can, too! :grin:

if i reset the phone(have all the network codes reset,the code entry counter that counts how many attempts ive had at unlocking the phone,everything) will that work,will i then be able to enter the restriction code and it will unlock???????
