flashing siemens

hi, normally for flashing i use unisiemens, but i saw in the siemens page, updates, for diferent models, well i try with two diferent models, i don't remember which they are, but the programs tells me that the phone is not switched or the cable is not good. (the phone is switched and the cable i use for flashing with unisiemens)
then i try with winswup, the program begins with the precheck and when the bar is in the middle, apears one screen that tells me, could not switch on mobile.
can anybody tell me what happen with this programs?
