what operator code do you use? 31038???

i tried to do my friend's 3650...didnt work...although i put in the code with the sim card in the phone..could that be the problem?

imei beginning with 351102/50/0.. has to be calculated with network code 24407

thanx his imei does start in those codes....trying this way, ill keep you posted (i only have 1 try left!)
