Hi all!
My 8210 always switches off after 20 sec or after found network.

I know that this is no hardware problem.
IMEI, Factory settings, FAID are fixed and checksumms calculated by NFree 1.2.

Please help me,

To NokDoc:

In a other post I had almost the same problem. You sent me some bits that you have calced with a prog. Can you please do this for my 8210, too, please?

Thanks a lot for your help,
this forum is "DA BEST" I've ever seen!!!!

Mr. Enzo,

Those were bytes, the Flash Checksum.
This might help to check Ur values.

To NokDoc:

OK, thanks for helping.

I have only one problem now,
the prog shows me:

...

#FChk Value: ........ (42169DEC calced)

...

But where must I add this in HexEditor
(I mean the location)

I have 8210 v5.25

Thank you a lot!

At the last four bytes of the ppm.

nFree and flash analyser tools can help U with the addresses.

For the moment, only use it on full flash. (mcu & ppm)

I'm sorry I didn't read well.

This Fchk, no mind, it's not in the flash.

Thank u again Mr. NokDok.

I did all what I should.
But my 8210 still power off after finding a network.
I tried a new IMEI too, but nothing has changed.
Sometimes my phone even don't power on. But it's no hardware failure.
May it be that I need a NSM-3NX flash and not NSM-3 ?
If yes, how can I distinguish 3NX from 3 flash-file?
At the back of my mobile phone NSM - 3NX is written.

Do you have any answer for this questions?

Thank you a lot!
