Eycon Gui error msg: comdlg32.ocx

I get a comdlg32.ocx error msg when I run the eyecon gui, any help with this here?

You have to install the NuB codec first. It´s included in EyeCon.
If that doesn´t help, try to copy the file

comdlg32.ocx

from C:\Eyecon

to C:\Windows\System32

and try it again.
