help needed.... NokiaTool 1.9 won't run!

Hello again :)
Sorry to bother you guys, but i have a problem.
I just downloaded NokiaTool 1.9 after reading that it can do better things than 1.8... but it don't run on my PC (Windows XP!). It says
"This SW do not run under Windows NT or Windows 2000".
But i run win XP, and the older version, NokiaTools 1.8, runs with no problem... or is there a different version for XP, as i read on the net somewhere that this 1.9 supposed to run under XP (that was a guide "How to flash 3310 under XP").
Please advise me someone... thanks a lot!

Switch to run the prog in win98 mode.
But i advise u to use mobile stuffs on win98se...

how do i get it to run in win98-mode? I never did that before........ but 1.8 runs w/o any problems, how come they went back to stone age in a NEW version?????
Win98 sucks big time, i won't ever install that one again :)

right click into the exe file->prosperities / program compatibilties...

No, 98 SE is possibly the best windows 9x version :) (Unless of course you're talking about Win 98 FE, that really sucked)

It allows full user access to the ports, which means that mobile programs run better :)

NokTool works fine under XP though as above, switch to compatability mode. (I've never had problems with this)

However...other software runs slightly more randomly :)
