Updated operators list for DCT4 calc

Hi,

Finished the operators list of the calc.

But only the 900/1800 MHZ networks, since the 3310 only supports those...

So, can anyone tell me the latest updated DCT3 flash, that has 1900MHZ support?

EDIT: Got the flash...

Anyway, use it with DCT4 Calc by CYBERDOG and HOLLOWMAN.
