8310 Contact service

Hi guys! I have a problem. I have an 8310 which problem only hangs sumtimes. After I flash it became contact service and even if I use a higher version like v6.20 yet still the same? What could have possibly causing this? Eeprom corrupted? or hardware?
Any solution which my helped me guys?
