Help needed to Unlocking Niokia 6310i

Hi I have a Nokia 6310i that is on Orange in the UK I think the code is 23433 (but not 100% sure)

The IMEI code is 350984207736407

Any help would be very gratefully recieved as this is a colleagues from work who uses his own private phone and switches the sim card.

My 6310i broke last week and the Co will not buy a replacement as currently over £200 - I have all the software etc on PC so really need to use this on Vodaphone as all my No's are stored

As mentioned sorry to go on but any help will be gratefully recieved
