How to get Opera 6 working on the 9210
You need the newest version (1.2) of Nokia 9200 series Communicator C++ SDK, which can be downloaded from http://www.forum.nokia.com/main.html
Once you have the SDK v1.2 installed on your PC, go to the following folder
NokiaCPP\Epoc32\Release\armi\urel directory.
Now all you do is copy some files from this folder to your device
DO THESE STEPS EXACTLY!!!!!
Step 1
create D:\System\Apps\Opera folder in your 9210
Step 2
copy: blank.gif, chartables.bin, drive.gif, file.gif, folder.gif, link.gif, Opera.aif, Opera.app, Opera.mbm, Opera.rsc to D:\System\Apps\Opera in your device
Step 3
copy Strings.rsc to D:\System\Data (if such folder doesn't exist - create one to save space on C:)
copy: oprbridge.dll, oprcntrl.dll, oprjava.dll and oprmodel.dll to D:\System\Libs (if such folder doesn't exist - create one to save space on C:)
In the Extras group you can see a WWW icon. You can move it from Extras to Internet if you like. This browser is the SAME version that is present in the 9210i
If you recieve memory errors when running opera do this:-
Do exactly as above, but take all Opera files from THUMB folder in SDK instead of ARMI folder. Thumb files are considerably smaller, eg. Armi version of oprmodel.dll has 2,1 MB while Thumb version has 1,7 MB...
