bearing in mind some of the error we see when we think the codes posted are correct
what would happen under the following conditions
a phone is obtained by whatever means usually and will not work on any network with the imei number
so
someone recodes the phone with a new imei and sells it on working on 1 network for example
then the unsuspecting buyer wants to unlock the phone
what would happen ?
would it unlock as normal?
what about if it was uk barred or blocked then recoded?
what would happen under the following conditions
