after i typed the code it sed cannot undo restrictions..wat does this mean? and wen i put the sim in the phone and turned it on it sed "sim resgistration failed"..wat does this mean?

first 5 wrong tries

second simcard deactivated, if simcard works in other phone, then 8310 is blocked / barred because lost or stolen

wat can i do with the phone now then? is it possible to unbarr it at all? does that mean the phone is blacklisted?
