Rip bought ringtone from 8210?

Hi,

another question by me :)
I ordered a ringtone a while ago for my phone, this was sent to my phone directly.
Now I was wondering if there was any way to rip that ringtone from my phone so that I upload it to a 3210?

Yep, use Gnokii or Gammu! Gnokii is easier, it has a GUI!;)

I'm guessing this also has to be done with a flasher/data cable and not through IR?
Is there also a windows version available because when I search google I only seem to find linux versions and only sourcecode.
In the download section here I also don't seem to find it.
Maybe you have a link;)
